AIIMS Bathinda Senior Resident Recruitment 2025: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bathinda, invites applications for 121 Senior Resident (Non-Academic) Posts under the Government of India Residency Scheme. Eligibility Criteria
For Medical Candidates:
- MBBS Degree + MD/MS/DNB in the relevant specialty from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Central/State Medical Council.
For Non-Medical Candidates (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology, Pharmacology):
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in the relevant discipline.
- Ph.D. in the concerned subject (UGC/ AIIMS recognized).

Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on:
- Document Verification
- Personal Interview / Written Exam (if high applications received)
- Final Merit List
If the number of applicants is large, a Screening Test (CBT or Offline) will be conducted before the interview.
Salary & Pay Scale
- Senior Resident: ₹67,700/- per month (Level 11, 7th CPC)
- Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) (For Medical Candidates)
- Other Allowances as per AIIMS Bathinda Rules
