Domicile
Applicants must be domiciles of Jammu & Kashmir and hold a valid domicile certificate issued by a competent authority before the cut-off date.

Selection Process
The selection will be based on Merit obtained in the Written/ OMR Examination only.
- The Examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- The medium of the exam will be English only.
- There will be Negative Marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
