Selection Process
The selection process includes the following stages:
- Career Marks – 30 Marks
- Weightage for academic performance
- Higher marks for candidates with M.Tech/M.Phil/Ph.D. (where applicable)
- Written Test (CBT Mode) – 50 Marks
- Objective-based test with multiple-choice questions (MCQs)
- Conducted online (Computer-Based Test – CBT)
- Experience (for relevant posts) – 6 Marks
- 3+ years of relevant experience – 6 Marks
- Less than 3 years – 0 Marks
- Higher Qualification Marks – 4 Marks
- M.Phil/M.Tech – 1 Mark
- Ph.D. – 3 Marks
- Both M.Tech + Ph.D. – 4 Marks
- Interview (Personal Viva-Voce) – 10 Marks
- Only top candidates from the written test will be called for an interview
Final Merit List Preparation
- Candidates will be ranked based on their total score (Career Marks + Written Test + Experience + Higher Qualification + Interview).
- The final selection will be based on the total marks obtained.
Exam Pattern (Post-wise)
The Written Test (CBT Mode) will consist of 200 MCQs and be conducted for 100 Marks with a 120-minute duration.
