IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025: The IDBI Bank has released a recruitment notification for 650 Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade ‘O’ posts through the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) program.
The PGDBF Program Structure consists of:
- 6 months of classroom training at a designated institute.
- 2 months of internship at IDBI Bank’s branches/ offices/ centers.
- 4 months of On-Job Training (OJT) at IDBI Bank.
Upon successful completion of the PGDBF program, candidates will receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF) and be appointed as Junior Assistant Manager (Grade ‘O’) in IDBI Bank.
Interested candidates can apply online from 01 March 2025 to 12 March 2025. The selection process includes an Online Test followed by a Personal Interview.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university in India.
- Proficiency in computers is required.
- Proficiency in regional language will be preferred.
- Final-year candidates can also apply, but they must submit proof of graduation before 01 March 2025.

- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
- Born Between: 02 March 2000 – 01 March 2005

Programme Fees for IDBI PGDBF 2025-26
- Total Course Fee: ₹3,00,000/- (Three Lakhs) + GST
- Payment Mode: To be paid in installments as per a fixed schedule during the one-year PGDBF program.
- Inclusions: Course fees, lodging, boarding, and other associated fees.
Fee Reimbursement by IDBI Bank
- After 3 years of service and upon confirmation as a permanent employee, IDBI Bank will reimburse the course fee in 5 annual installments (subject to satisfactory performance appraisal ratings).
- Selected candidates can avail Education Loan from IDBI Bank under its existing loan scheme to cover the program fees..
