Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
Chief General Manager (HR & A):
- Graduate in any discipline plus MBA/ MSW/ PG Diploma in HRM/ IR/ Labour Laws
- 23+ years of experience in HR/IR, with 10 years in senior positions
Deputy General Manager (Finance):
- Graduate plus CA/ CMA (MBA in Finance preferred)
- 13+ years of experience in finance, taxation, accounts, or budgeting
Senior Manager (Technical):
- B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Naval Architecture
- 10+ years of experience in design, installation, or production
Deputy Manager (Finance):
- Graduate plus CA/CMA
- 4+ years of experience in finance and accounts
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience
- Interview
Note: No written test, selection is based on direct interview.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹2,80,000 (Based on grade)
- CTC Range: ₹15.44 lakh – ₹37.45 lakh per annum
