RRB Group D Recruitment 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released a Centralized Employment Notification (CEN) No. 08/2024 for the recruitment of 32,438 vacancies in Level-1 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix across various zones of Indian Railways. Eligible candidates can apply online from January 23, 2025, to February 22, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have minimum educational qualifications as prescribed in the notification.
- The qualification must be obtained from a recognized Board/Institute on or before 22-02-2025.
- Awaiting final results? → Not eligible to apply.
- Engineering Diploma/ Degree will not be accepted unless explicitly mentioned.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of four stages:
1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- The CBT will be conducted online. Exam duration: 90 minutes (120 min for PwBD)
- Negative Marking: 1/3rd marks deducted for each wrong answer.
- Marks will be normalized if the exam is held in multiple sessions.

2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Candidates shortlisted from the CBT will have to qualify PET as per the following criteria:

3. Document Verification (DV) & Medical Examination
- Candidates must pass a medical test as per railway standards.
- Documents will be verified for category claims, educational qualifications, and other eligibility.
