Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Essential Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized university/institution.
- 03 Months Computer Course Certificate from a Government-recognized institute.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Executive in Public Sector, Private Sector, Ports, or Shipping Industry.
- Experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Event Management, Social Media Handling, or Guest House Management.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the Port Sector.
Selection Process
- Application Scrutiny – Shortlisting based on eligibility criteria.
- Interview – Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
Note:
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
- The selection committee’s decision will be final.
Remuneration & Job Details
- Consolidated Salary: ₹60,000/- per month (No additional benefits).
- Contract Duration: Initially 1 year, extendable for up to 2 more years based on performance.
- Job Location: Public Relations Wing, General Administration Department, Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA).
- Work Hours: 6 days a week (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) + additional hours if required.
- Leave Policy: 12 Casual Leaves per year (pro-rata basis).
